GAME DESIGN INTERN

I was a game design intern at Insomniac Games during Summer 2019, working on Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Responsibilities

  • Designed and implemented Spanish Harlem open world quests and level beats ("Harlem F.E.A.S.T. Shutdown" and "Robbers Target Local Biz")

  • Used Insomniac's propriety tools to script and create levels

  • Scripted gameplay including stealth sequences, combat sequences, and puzzles

  • Participated in usability sessions and iterated levels based on playtest feedback

  • Worked with an interdisciplinary team to co-ordinate the integration of assets, art, and gameplay
