GAME DIRECTOR

JULY 2019 - MAY 2020

I was the Game Director for Ginkgo, a senior capstone project at USC. Ginkgo is a first person, 3D atmospheric horror game where you solve puzzles and escape monsters with your magic needle.

Responsibilities

  • Led and recruited a multidisciplinary team of 23 students

  • Directed the vision and implementation of the game; created design documentation

  • Designed and iterated on levels to showcase the unique "stitching" mechanic

  • Scripted design tools, systems, and narrative sequences

  • Modeled and textured creature and environment art assets
